This is the third bottle I've had. I'm a man in his fifties so I'm not expecting to be hench!. For me it's about what happens when I don't f take it. Definately notice a difference in energy etc.

Can definitely notice the difference since taking them. Hasn't helped with acne as such, but definitely helped regulate my emotion swings. Would highly recommend!

I can only speak for myself and I can tell you that this product is fabulous. I woke up during the night and couldn't get back to sleep it was horrible because I felt worn-out and exhausted during the day and nothing I did worked 🙃.
