Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means if you are unhappy and feel you are not getting the desired results we will be happy to refund you straight away.
To start a return and refund request please send an email to us at info@restorazen.com and have your order number so we can match you with the correct order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and respond accordingly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund is processed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
